Technicalities - (Some of the household machines I know nothing about)
These are some pictures of machinery in our house that I have very little interest in, but in trying to be a responsible homeowner, I figured I should keep them.
Nice fuel oil tank. Are you planning on upgrading in the future to something more efficient in the future? We just got rid of ours last year and are loving the lower heating bills. Hopefully everything goes well at your closing!
Um I'm not sure. This is our first house so everything is pretty new. I know the house has two fuel tanks so you can stock up when prices are low. I'd like to update to be more fuel efficient but it would take a while to save up a lot of money. We have a gas monitor heater in our apartment and it's so cheap, we love it! We'll see...
